Bikram Yoga is an incredible 90-minute workout that works the entire body, mind and spirit. Bikram Choudhury developed Bikram Yoga from traditional hatha yoga techniques. It is a series of 26 postures including two breathing exercises for 90 minutes in a hot room, usually around 40% humidity and 105 degrees. It has been around since the 1970s, but has become increasingly popular in the last few years.
