Vice has released the trailer for their upcoming documentary that is surely going to cause the internet to melt down into a puddle of absolute cute overload. Lil Bub and Friendz is about famous internet celebricat, which features cameos by Keyboard Cat, Grumpy Cat, and Nyan Cat. This my friends, is the epitome of the internet all rolled into one film. In the trailer you learn of Lil Bub’s health problems which are probably rampant in these cute cat friends, just look at how small Grumpy cat is compared to a normal one. The veterinarian explains in the trailed how the cute kitties bones are bowed out and irregular, not containing the marrow which is stored inside a healthy cat’s bones. I guess that’s the price you pay for having such a freaking adorable little bundle of fur and hatred.

If you haven’t already fallen into the k-hole that is Vice documentaries, do yourself a favor and delve in–it is probably best you do this when you’re hungover on a Sunday and can’t muster up the strength and will to do your laundry. You can learn about things that will absolutely delight or terrify you, from introspective looks at artists and musicians to interviews with a cannibal–you’ll be sure to find whatever suits your fancy. Vice started off as a free magazine in the 90s, mostly in New York, since then they ship their zines to almost 30 countries and have over a million YouTube subscribers.

This “film festival worthy” documentary is set to be premiered at the 2013 Tribeca festival which runs from April 17 to April 28, that’s right we’re going to have to wait a whole month for this piece of excellence. I will boycott the Oscars if Lil Bub and Friendz is not recognized, I haven’t even seen it, that’s how much I believe.
