Kanye West has been making headlines more than usual recently. He recently had a child named North West with his girlfriend (fiancee?) Kim Kardashian, his performance at the 2013 VMA’s was over shadowed by Miley’s “twerking”, and his sixth album “Yeezus” was greeted with critical acclaim.
One controversy surrounding the album is the title of the track, “I am a God” in which Kanye compares himself to Jesus and complains about the lack of service at a “french ass restuarant”. Comedian and SNL cast member Jay Pharoah found the song to be perfect for parody and created the song, “I am a Dog.” Pharoah does a solid Kanye impression, nailing the “yell rap” so prominent on the critically acclaimed album.
